In typical wilderness use you'll start two or three fires per day. A single 21700 cell carries you through nearly an entire month of fires at the Spark tier — and recharges in 2.5 hours of direct sun. Carry a spare cell and you have indefinite ignition.

The FireKeep Mark is a permanent safety-orange ring at the muzzle. It signals "this is not a firearm" at a glance, keeping the product clearly outside imitation-firearm regulations in the US (15 USC §5001) and Canada (Criminal Code s.84). It's also our brand mark.

The Beacon includes an IR Warn Mode that emits a high-intensity IR pulse plus a wide-angle bright beam — designed as a wildlife deterrent at distance. Aim at the ground in front of the animal, never directly at it. Not a substitute for bear spray or situational awareness; it's a complementary layer.
No. FireKeep products are fire-starting and wildlife-deterrent tools. Aiming a Class IV laser at any person — for any reason — is a crime in most jurisdictions and can cause permanent injury. Our owner's manual and product labeling explicitly prohibit human-aimed use. Doing so violates our terms of sale and may result in criminal charges in your jurisdiction.
Pre-orders are 100% refundable until your unit ships. Post-shipment: 30-day return window from delivery, factory-sealed and unused. Once the safety-glasses pouch is opened, the unit is non-returnable for sanitary and safety reasons. 2-year limited manufacturing warranty on the body and electronics; 6-month warranty on the laser diode. Forge tier: lifetime body warranty.
