Yes — and that’s why we don’t sell colours that can’t. Both options (445 nm Signal Blue and 462 nm Glacier Cyan) sit in the wavelength range that ignites tinder reliably. We don’t sell green, red, or violet — they make pretty beams but won’t light a fire.
Every unit ships with OD4+ safety glasses and an illustrated quick-start. The interlock keys must be inserted before the unit will fire — by design. Read the safety card before first use.
